Sign-up Instructions
Leaders and children need to sign up annually. All steps must be completed in order to join.
- Come visit us!
- Please complete the Parent/Volunteer Survey Application on our website by clicking the drop-down box Resources>Survey to gather your contact information, interests, and get on our email list.
- Scouting is not just skills, but a lifelong way of living. Make sure we are a good fit for your family too and attend a couple meetings first before joining.
- We are an all-volunteer group. If we do not have enough volunteers, then we accept applicants in order of siblings, families who wish to lead, and then others.
- Complete the Emergency, Medical, and Liability form.
- The Emergency, Medical, and Liability form can be found on our website under Member Information.
- This must be completed and later updated by the guardians if there are any changes.
- Dues: Group and National

- After completing the Emergency, Medical, and Liability form we will email you a bill from Square.com that you can pay by credit card.

- Read and Abide by our Ethics and Youth Protection Guidelines
- These and more can be found on the national Policies & Guidelines - Outdoor Service Guides at outdoorserviceguides.org > Resources > Policy and Guidelines.

- Attendance Policy. As we may have wait-listed families, you may be removed from our Group’s roster if you do not communicate with us during an absence. Two consecutive unexcused absences will result in dismissal. We do not refund dues paid.
